Many private medical insurance policies will cover the fees for all or part of your treatment if you have a doctor’s or consultant’s referral. If you are intending to claim please contact your insurer prior to attending. You will be asked for your policy number and pre-authorisation number when you attend your appointment. Without these you will be expected to pay, and you will be given a receipt to send to your insurer. The cost of orthoses is not covered by private medical insurance and you will need to bear their cost.

* The full fee is payable for failed appointments and for cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment. Fees stated are for settlement on the day, invoiced fee rate may vary.
