* A charge of £15 per 30 minutes is made for failed appointments and cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment.
All fees are payable on the day of treatment, otherwise an additional fee of £15 is charged. We accept payment by cash and debit and Visa/Mastercards.
Medico-legal work and report provision charged at £90 per hour
Many private medical insurance policies will cover the fees for all or part of your treatment if you have a doctor's or consultant's referral. If you are intending to claim please contact your insurer prior to attending.You will be asked for your policy number and pre-authorisation number when you attend your appointment. Without these you will be expected to pay, and you will be given a receipt to send to your insurer. The cost of permanent and custom-made orthoses is not covered by private medical insurance and you will need to bear their cost.
